GRANTED AUDIENCE TO THE CHARGE D’AFFAIRES A.I. OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA, AMBASSADOR CHITURU CHENDO BY THE SECRETARY GENERAL OF THE MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL RELATIONS

On Tuesday, 15 April 2025, at 15:00, The Secretary General of the Ministry of External Relations, H.E. Chimoun Oumarou, granted audience to the Charge d’Affaires a.i. of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Ambassador Chituru Chendo. The Secretary General was assisted by the Director of Communication, Documentation and Diplomatic Archives, as well as Collaborators of the Department of African Affairs.

Ambassador Chituru Chendo expressed her appreciation to the Secretary General for this courtesy call. She took this opportunity to express the appreciation of the Federal republic of Nigeria for the excellent relationship it enjoys with the Republic of Cameroon.

Salient among the issues discussed during the meeting, was the Consular matters between the two countries and the need to further strengthen the relations on these matters.
