On the 16th of November 2020, the Minister Delegate to the Minister of External Relations in charge of Cooperation with the Islamic World, H.E. Adoum Gargoum held a meeting with the Ambassador of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria to Cameroon, H.E. Merzak Bedjaoui. Their discussions revolved around security issues and the state of cooperation between Cameroon and Algeria.
The Minister of External Relations will be attending the swearing-in ceremony of the President of the Republic of Cote d'Ivoire, H.E. Alassane Ouattara, as the Personal Representative of the Head of State, H.E. Paul Biya.
Upon arrival in Abidjan on Saturday 12 December 2020, H.E. Mbella Mbella was received by his Ivorian counterpart, H.E. Ally Coulibaly. The Cameroonian Ambassador to Cote d'Ivoire and her collaborators were also on site to welcome the Minister.
47th Session of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Council of Foreign Affairs Ministers:
The Minister Delegate to the Minister of External Relations in charge of Cooperation with the Islamic World, H.E. Adoum Gargoum, is at the helm of the Cameroonian Delegation that is participating in the 47th session of the OIC Council of Foreign Affairs Ministers, in Niamey, Niger, from 27 to 28 November 2020.
On 27 November 2020, the President of the Republic of Niger, H.E. Mamadou Issoufou, presided over the official opening ceremony of the meeting that is holding on the theme "United against Terrorism for Peace and Development".
Cameroon-Brazil Cooperation: Brazilian Local Authorities have received updates on the current state of affairs in Cameroon and prospects for the promotion of decentralised cooperation.
On 16 and 17 November 2020, the Governor and the Municipal Chamber of the State of São Paulo received a Cameroonian Delegation led by the Ambassador of Cameroon to Brazil, H.E. Martin A. Mbeng.
After these audiences, the delegation held meetings with various Brazilian economic operators in the medical and agricutural sectors.

Adoum Gargoum held a discussion with the United Arab Emirates Minister of State for International Cooperation, H.E. Reem Bint Ebrahim Al Hashimy, on the margins of the 47th Session of the OIC Council of Foreign Affairs Ministers.
Both dignitaries underlined converging national points of view in relation to issues of common interest in international affairs and stated the need to reinforce and diversify cooperation between the two countries.
