The new Ambassador, Head of the European Union Delegation to Cameroon has presented his credentials to the Minister of External Relations.

On Monday, 26 April 2021, the Minister of External Relations, H.E. Mbella Mbella received the copies of the Letters of Credence of the new Ambassador, Head of the European Union (EU) Delegation to Cameroon, H.E. Philippe Van Damme. Prior to his appointment, the European diplomat was a Policy Advisor at the Department of Africa in the European External Action Service in Brussels. He had also previously served as the EU Ambassador and Head of Delegation to Guinea and Zimbabwe.
