39th Session du Conseil des Droits de l'Homme
On the sidelines of the 39th Session of the Human Rights Council, the Minister of External Relations, HE MBELLA MBELLA, was received in audience by Ms. Michèle Bachelet, new UN High Commissioner for Human Rights , at the Palais Wilson in Geneva.
The Minister was surrounded for the occasion by the Ambassador, Permanent Representative of Cameroon to the United Nations Office at Geneva, the Representatives of the Prime Minister's Services and the Ministry of Justice, as well as the staff of Delecam / Geneva and MINREX.

In the morning of September 26, 2018, the Minister of External Relations, H. E. Mbella Mbella, represented Cameroon at the Non-Aligned Movement Ministerial Meeting within the framework of workshops of the 73rd Session of the United Nations General Assembly, currently holding in New York at the UN headquarters.
The 59th UNHRC

The Cameroonian delegation to the 59th UNHRC, which was headed by H.E. MBELLA MBELLA, Minister of External Relations, presented his Final Report on human rights for the Periodic Universal Review on September 20, 2018, in Room XX of the Nations Palace in Geneva. Aside from NGOs, member states, altogether, praised the progress made the Cameroon Government in the field of human rights and agreed upon suggesting that the Council adopt Cameroon's report.

During his stay in Geneva, the Minister of External Relations, H.E. Mbella Mbella, visited the facilities of the Permanent Mission of Cameroon to the UNO (DELECAM/GENEVA), under the guidance of Ambassador Nkou Anatole. This moment of communion with collaborators posted abroad enabled the Minister to query on their working conditions. This initiative was deeply appreciated by the Ambassador and all staff members.

On September 20, 2018, the UNHCR High Commissioner, Mr Filipo Grandi, granted an audience to the Minister of External Relations, H.E. Mbella Mbella, who was accompanied by a delegation of experts from the Prime Minister's Office, MINJUSTICE, MINREX and DELECAM/Geneva in his facilities located at 94 Monbrillant Street, Geneva. For almost an hour, the humanitarian Organization and officials from Cameroon (which is classified as one of the countries that welcomes the greatest number of refugees), addressed issues of common interests.
