5th CAMEROON - SENEGAL JOINT COOPERATION COMMITTEE

Under the Very Esteemed Patronage of Their Excellencies, Paul BIYA, President of the Republic du Cameroon, and Bassirou Diomaye FAYE, President of the Republic of Senegal,
the 5th Cameroon-Senegal Joint Cooperation Commission was held on 31 July 2025 in Yaounde.

The Official Opening Ceremony was co-chaired by His Excellency, MBELLA MBELLA, Minister of External Relations of the Republic of Cameroon and Her Excellency, Madam Yassine FALL, Minister of African Integration and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Senegal.

This Session, which will run until 1 August 2025, affords an ideal opportunity to take stock of the state of bilateral cooperation and explore fresh avenues for partnership between these two brotherly countries.

On the sidelines of this opening ceremony, during a bilateral audience, both Ministers, Heads of Delegation of their respective countries, broached on issues of common interest while reaffirming their shared commitment to foster friendly and cooperation ties between Cameroon and Senegal.
